Staging Requirements

The following staging requirements apply to Performances, Workshops, Residencies, Talks and Keynote Addresses....

1. Please provide a space free of distractions and disruptions with comfortable seating.

2. For performances, Doty requires a minimum 10' x 10' empty space and a chair -- preferably wood -- without arms or wheels. Workshops need an empty space large enough to accomodate movement and group activities. For talks and keynote addresses, please provide a podium or black metal music stand.

3. To maintain the integrity of the storytelling experience, please refrain from recording or photographing Doty's programs unless advance arrangements have been made. And please silence cell phones, land phones, pagers, watch alarms, school bells and intercoms. Thank you!
