Three Steps to Book a Program

1. Be in contact with Thomas Doty about scheduling, facility, fee and other relevent details. Once an agreement is reached, Doty will send a contract (Program Agreement).

2. Return a signed copy of the contract to Thomas Doty. This reserves the date and confirms the program.

3. Pay Thomas Doty no later than the day of his program.
