Mount Thielson, near Diamond Lake in the Cascade Mountains of southern Oregon. In a Romeo and Juliet version of a traditional Umpqua myth, Thielson and nearby Mount Bailey were lovers. Diamond Lake, which lies between them, is a pool of their tears.
