At the heart of Doty & Coyote Country is Dragonfly Place, Thomas Doty's home in the Siskiyou Mountains near Ashland, Oregon.

Doty's home is also a retreat center. It houses an extensive library and archives of books, manuscripts, field notes, photographs, recordings and artifacts. Its picturesque mountain setting has inspiring views of the Rogue Valley, traditional homeland of the Takelma people and their Old Time culture bringers, the Dragonfly brothers.

In addition to the materials housed at Dragonfly Place, a collection of Doty's stories and resources are online in the Doty & Coyote Library.
